We're Harold and Jodi Franco, owners of Fine Designs in Jewelry. We've been premier jewelers to the trade and select clientele since 1989.

Harold was born and raised in Atlanta, and is now the second generation of jewelry merchants in the family. Taking advantage of his natural talents, he trained in advanced stone setting with the Gemological Institute of America, and has achieved master jeweler status excelling in all facets of jewelry manufacturing. Jodi is a third generation jewelry merchant with extensive experience in custom design and business management.

We have been in business since 1989, and are both active members of the local business community.
